Poverty and Adversity

In this workshop we will attack the oppressions of poverty and adversity from a logotherapeutic angle.  An introduction to a logotherapeutic perspective that addresses psychological options for enduring  poverty and adversity will be presented; thereafter participants will work in small groups with case studies to strive to practice the techniques taught.  Small groups will present their summations to the whole group.  It is hoped that through this creative activity and perspective, participants will feel more resourceful and capable of assisting persons who experience tremendous burdens in their lives.
