Being Real

How does the way we present ourselves affect people?    How might we best interact with others to maximize their engagement with us?   How do we build relationships that result in the outcomes that they and/or we desire?  Is there a balance between “friendliness” and “boundaries”…and is this professional “ideal” even  truly“ ideal”?  In this workshop, we look at the  challenges and experiences of an interactive continuum from detachment to enmeshment.  We will then step “out of the box” and  together  dialogue to explore a different, more vibrant way of interacting that maximizes positive engagement.
